Beach Trip

We've been home for a week but I'm just now getting around to blogging about our wonderful beach vacation. This time we stayed on the Bay. We had a great time. It was relaxing and the weather was perfect. It was just what the doctor ordered.

Here is the view from our condo. The beach was just a short few yards away.
Here's Blake making Sand angels. Blake and I in front of our beach fire. The beach was full of drift wood and it made the perfect fire. We made some yummy Smore's and it didn't even matter if there was a little sand in them.

If you look closely on the right of the tree you will see one of the several bald eagles that lived across the road and loved to swoop around on the air flow above the bay. Here's the campfire again.
This beach was perfect for Blake. I didn't have to worry about the bigger waves as he ran in and out of the water.
Play and pure joy in action.

Looks like a perfectly wonderful trip. So glad you had a wonderful time. By the way, I agree about a little sand in smores--smores are good no matter what!!!
Fun pictures.

Oh how lovely!

I can't believe that's the same little boy I knew as a baby. ~sigh~ You probably feel that way times a billion or so.
